Welcome Alessandro Silva – Head of Advisory, Americas

We are thrilled to announce the addition of Alessandro H. Medeiros Silva, Geologist and MSc in Geosciences (Geostatistics), to the Snowden Optiro Americas team.

With 21 years of experience in the mineral industry, including resource and reserve assessment for projects, mine operations, and mineral exploration, Alessandro brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role as Head of Advisory for Snowden Optiro Americas.

He will be based in Belo Horizonte.

Throughout his career, Alessandro has collaborated with leading companies and has been involved in projects and operations spanning all stages of the production chain, both underground and open-pit mines.

He possesses a broad range of practical and management experience in resource and reserve evaluation systems, mine geology, production reconciliation, and corporate management of mineral resources.

Alessandro’s extensive experience in the mineral industry makes him a valuable asset to the Snowden Optiro team.
