Thi is a consultant in our Geology group. She has experience in exploration, underground production and resource estimation, specialising in narrow vein gold systems, working for Newcrest Mining Ltd, Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd, Northern Star Resources, and Evolution Mining. Thi has over 10 years industry experience and has worked on projects across Victoria, Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
She has a solid understanding of orogenic, narrow vein gold systems and is experienced in generating and updating grade control and resource estimations using inverse distance, ordinary kriging and indicator kriging techniques. Thi is well-versed in geostatistical analysis, variography, kriging neighbourhood analysis and model validation in Supervisor, as well as setting up, managing and interrogating datasets.
Thi has strong technical reporting skills and is experienced in the compilation and writing of resource technical reports associated attachments. She is able to generate 3D geological and mineralisation models, and has a strong foundation in managing diamond drill programs for exploration, resource definition and production. Thi is experienced in structural, lithological and geotechnical logging of diamond drill core, as well as analysing and interpreting geological data.
