He has worked across iron ore, limestone, gold and base metals projects, delivering resource and reserve reporting in accordance with industry standards and supporting multi-mine project development.

His expertise includes underground mine design, open pit optimisation, feasibility studies, and the implementation of emerging mining technologies. Raphael combines strong technical capability with strategic mine planning insight, consistently driving value creation, operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the full mining lifecycle.
