Melanie is based in the UK and joins us with over eight years of international experience across resource estimation, geological modelling, data verification, and technical due diligence within the mining sector. She has recently been working as an independent consultant and as an Associate with Bara Consulting, supporting private equity, corporate, and mining clients on project evaluations and regulatory reporting (JORC and NI 43-101).

Prior to this, Melanie held roles with Mining Plus and Tungsten West, where she was responsible for geological database management, mineral resource estimation, geometallurgical studies, and feasibility study inputs. Her experience spans a wide range of commodities including gold, lithium, copper, tungsten, and nickel, with project exposure across Europe, Africa, North America, and beyond.

Melanie brings strong technical capability in resource modelling, QA/QC, due diligence, and reporting, along with hands-on operational experience in open pit environments. She is a Fellow of the Geological Society of London and a member of both the IOM3 and AusIMM.
