Graeme Lyall is an accomplished Executive Consultant with over 30 years of global experience in the mining and minerals industry. He specialises in mineral exploration, project evaluation, mine development, and operational strategy, with a proven track record of guiding projects from early-stage discovery through to production.

Graeme brings together a strong foundation in geological resource modelling and a practical understanding of the downstream processes essential for developing economically viable mining operations. His expertise ensures alignment between geological potential and commercial outcomes.

A Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM), Graeme is recognised as a Competent Person under the JORC Code and a Qualified Person under NI 43-101. His career highlights include leading roles in both brownfields and greenfields exploration, most notably the Los Sulfatos copper discovery in Chile. This achievement earned his team the prestigious Thayer Lindsley International Discovery Award from PDAC in 2011.

Based in Santiago, Chile, Graeme is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, allowing him to work effectively across international markets. He continues to drive successful mineral discoveries and project outcomes by coordinating multidisciplinary teams, improving operational efficiency, and applying disciplined resource management.
