Principal Consultant

Frank is a mining engineer with more than 34 years surface mining industry experience, with the last 18 years in a consulting role. His consulting expertise includes project financial analyses and Competent Person sign-offs.

His consulting work includes project management for iron ore, gold, bauxite and nickel laterite mining studies at the scoping, feasibility and prefeasibility level, Ore Reserve audits and specialised technical reports (NI 43-101, Chapter 18).

Frank has been involved in reconciliation technical studies at BHP, Mt Keith and Tarmoola, all of which were triggered by shortfalls in metal production. Frank was the Competent Person for 2 years (2012 – 2013) for the Gove Ore Reserves, in addition to several competent person appointments. He has also visited the Boddington Bauxite Mine (Worsley Alumina), Wagerup mines (alcoa), Sangaredi deposit (Compagnie des Bauxites de Guinée) and several Bauxite mines in Brazil.

Frank is a Competent Person/Qualified Person for Ore Reserves for open pit mining. His commodity experience includes: Nickel/Cobalt, Graphite, Rare Earths, Lithium, Diamonds, Iron ore, Gold, Mineral sands, and Industrial sands.
