Deon is a Principal Consultant working with Reconcilor. He is responsible for the implementation, support and account management of new and existing Reconcilor clients. Deon has more than 16 years of experience in the mining, laboratory services and stolen vehicle recovery industries. Deon was involved with and managed several information system implementation projects throughout the system development lifecycle. His experience includes liaising with stakeholders in facilitating workshops and conducting client demonstrations. Deon completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Informatics degree as well as an Honours degree in Informatics, both with top academic achievement awards. Having studied communication management as an elective, Deon uses his skills to optimise small group communication during workshops and manage intercultural communication differences. Deon has travelled South Africa, the African continent, India and Australia extensively on consulting assignments, and is fluent in English and Afrikaans.
