He has more than 30 years of experience focusing on developing and delivering operational excellence in Mine Geology as well as facilitating multidisciplinary teams to deliver mine site focused continuous improvement via reconciliation along the entire mining value chain. His experience spans the globe with projects throughout Africa, Asia, Canada, South America, Europe and Australia, across a wide range of mining styles and commodities. He has both authored and co-authored a number of papers on the subject of Mining Reconciliation and spoken at numerous conferences and events on a broad range of topics from Mining Asset Valuation through to Ore Control and Mine Value Chain Reconciliation.
