Alessandro H. Medeiros Silva is a highly qualified geologist, holding an MSc in Geosciences (Geostatistics), Resource Evaluation and Metallogeny. He brings over 21 years of international experience in the mining industry to the table, having worked on operations and projects across the Americas continent, including in Brazil, Argentina, the United States, Chile, Canada, Colombia, and Peru.
This extensive experience has been gained in a wide range of geological environments and deposit types, including Archean Lode Sulphides, Archean Conglomerates, Epithermal Veins, Porphyritic, Intrusion-Related, Volcanic-Associated, and BIF-Hosted deposits with Sulphides and Quartz Alteration.
Alessandro’s key areas of expertise include geological modelling, resource evaluation for open-pit and underground mines, resources and reserves audit, due diligence, and business development, public reporting, and quantitative risk assessment using geostatistical methods.
He also has experience in supporting mine geology, reconciliation, project management, statutory and competent persons’ reporting, and mining studies.
Additionally, he is a Competent and Qualified Person for Gold, Silver, and Copper and has supported executive decisions for projects, operations, and business development initiatives.

Mining Managing Consultant Hamish Guthrie
B.Eng.(Mining), MAusIMM
Hamish is a highly experienced mining engineer, with over 20 years of expertise in underground and open-pit production, project development, consulting, and mining management at both operational and corporate levels.
He possesses extensive knowledge and experience in the mining industry, with a particular focus on commodities such as gold, nickel, copper, zinc, coal and iron ore.
Additionally, he is proficient in the use of software applications for mine design, scheduling, cost estimation, and financial modelling.
Hamish’s skillset encompasses a range of areas, including the application of practical mine planning, quantitative risk assessment, identification of value opportunities, due diligence reviews, training and mentoring, strategic advice, project management, mining studies, cost estimation, and statutory and competent persons’ reporting.
He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to any project or assignment and is well-suited to support mining operations and projects at all levels.

Geologist Principal Consultant Julian Aldridge
MSc Mining Geology (MCSM), MESci (Oxon), CGeol, FGS
Julian is a highly experienced geologist with over 17 years of expertise in resource assessment, mineral exploration, and project management of projects at all stages, from grassroots to feasibility.
He possesses a strong skill set in 3D modelling, resource assessment, QA/QC assessment, and data/statistical analysis.
He holds the professional designation of Chartered Geologist (CGeol) from the Geological Society of London, is a Member of the Institute of Materials, Minerals, and Mining (MIMMM) and has experience acting as a Competent Person/Qualified Person.
Prior to working as a consultant, he spent a decade as an exploration geologist, managing drill programs, overseeing geochemical sampling, and conducting geophysical programs in multiple countries.
Julian has an exceptional practical knowledge of modern mapping, sampling, and analysis techniques and has spent time working on remote sites and communicating with diverse cultures, which has honed his ability to analyze and interpret data. He also has expert knowledge of genetic and descriptive metallogenic models.
His wealth of knowledge and experience makes him a valuable asset to any project or organization.

Mine Engineer Principal Consultant Gilberto Takahashi
BSc (Mine Engineer)
Gilberto is a highly experienced mine engineer, with over 30 years of expertise in the mining industry, specifically in Latin America.
His extensive experience working with Datamine has allowed Gilberto to gain proficiency in mining software implementation and training, as well as specialized services and consultancy in modelling and resource estimation, design, and planning of open-pit mines, and reserves calculation for a variety of commodities such as iron ore, manganese, copper, gold, niobium, phosphate, and bauxite.
In recent years, Gilberto has focused on the integration of the entire mining value chain, from mine to port.
His wealth of knowledge and experience in the mining industry makes him a valuable asset to any organisation.

Matthew is a highly qualified geologist with over 12 years of experience in the mining industry.
His expertise spans both underground and open-pit production, resource development, and resource estimation.
He brings a wealth of operational experience to the table, covering the entire mining cycle from exploration to reconciliation.
He specializes in the first principles approach to geological modelling and resource estimation, which results in practical grade control practices that aim to maximize mine value.
Matthew has experience in a wide range of commodities, including gold, copper, lithium, zinc, and lead.
He has a strong proficiency in 3D modelling using software such as Leapfrog Geo/Datamine and has a talent for effectively communicating the risks associated with mineralized systems to end stakeholders.
