He specialises in pricing strategy, commercial negotiations, and financial planning, helping organisations align financial performance with strategic business outcomes.

Before joining Snowden Optiro, Sean was a Senior Manager in Commercial Pricing Strategy at PwC, where he focused on developing and implementing pricing frameworks and supporting complex commercial decisions. He also held senior regional finance roles with Flight Centre Travel Group across Asia, gaining broad experience in multinational business operations and financial management.

Sean is particularly skilled at bridging finance and commercial decision-making, ensuring that financial insights translate into practical business outcomes. He is currently completing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), further strengthening his capabilities in commercial contracting, governance, and risk management.
