Pedro is a Senior Consultant specialising in Mining Studies, with 14 years of experience in the mining industry. His areas of expertise include pit and stope optimisation, mine scheduling, mining strategy selection, and design.

He has contributed to studies across a wide range of commodities, including iron ore, phosphate, manganese, gold, niobium, lithium, and copper. In the early stages of his career, Pedro worked in Brazil on diverse projects covering both open pit and underground operations. His work included IPCC (In-Pit Crushing and Conveying) modelling as well as the implementation of mine planning software.

Since 2018, Pedro has been based in Australia, where he’s held leadership and technical roles.
