Jane is an Associate Principal Consultant in the Geology division. She has more than 20 years of experience in exploration, mine and resource geology working with companies including Gold Road, Gold Fields, Newcrest, Rio Tinto, and Optiro. She has geological expertise in a variety of commodities, including gold, copper, base metals, uranium, and iron ore. Jane’s experience includes mineral resource evaluation, production geology, drilling programme management, due diligence, technical reporting, sampling and quality assurance/quality control (QAQC), reconciliation, grassroots exploration and feasibility studies. Jane’s recent focus has been in resource estimation where she is experienced in linear and non-linear estimation techniques, including complex multi-element estimation. She has exposure to simulations to quantify estimation risk and has been involved in technical audits and reviews. With a proven track record of delivering projects on time with appropriate documentation applicable to Competent Person standards, Jane is continually motivated to learn new techniques and methodologies. Jane is proficient in Datamine, Supervisor, and Leapfrog software to facilitate the completion of projects.
