Guiselle is a Principal Consultant based in Peru. She is  a geological engineer with more than 17 years of experience in the mining industry. Guiselle graduated from the Universidad Mayor de San Marcos Lima – Peru, with a Master’s degree in Modeling in Geostatistics in Mineral Deposits from the Universidad Adolfo Ibañez Chile. Guiselle’s work experience in the mining industry includes training, responsibility for the Geological Database (logging, sampling, mapping); Modeling and estimation of resources; Ore Control processes and implementations. Guiselles has worked with more than 40 companies both nationally and internationally.

Guiselle has expereience working with the following commodities: Gold, Copper, Silver, Limestone, Silicate, Alumina, Polymetallic and Geotechnical Parameters.
